Food & Exercise

1. Exercise three times a week, do a little bit of excercise every day
2. Eat small portions all throughout the day, never skip a meal
3. Eat more in the morning and afternoon than in the evening, don't eat anymore after 22
4. Try to eat 5 times fruit & vedgetable (yeah right!)
